Hi Lauren,
I am getting married on Feb. 1st. I was recently involved with a personal trainer at Bally’s for 3 months starting at the end of Feb this year I think. I haven’t worked out since June, just a little here or there. I am looking to get back on track with my workouts to get ready for my wedding. I mean what girl doesn’t want to lose a few pounds. I would love to lose 10 – 15 lbs by then but mostly I just want to feel good about myself again. I stopped working with my recent trainer b/c I no longer work in the area she teaches at.
I definitely want to tone up my back and arms as well, wearing a strapless.
Do you think this is achievable and what kind of workouts would you have me do? Is strength training better for woman than cardio?
Also, do you have a studio close to lodo? I live in five points unfortunately there isn’t a gym in my complex.
